Returns & Exchanges
Mosh Baby will gladly return or exchange your item(s) at our discretion within 14 days of purchase. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and will be refunded to the same credit card purchased on, less the shipping costs, or for an online credit or exchange.
Contact our Mosh Care Crew via email with the order number and reason for return. Please type RETURN or EXCHANGE in the Subject field. A customer service agent will get back to you by the next business day. You will be given a return authorization number (RMA number) and a return address. The RMA number is to be placed on the outside of the shipping tube. Items must be received back within 10 days of receiving your RMA number. Repack the merchandise in the original packaging, if possible. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/ exchange and ship the item(s) back.
Returning a Gift
If you didn’t actually make the purchase (say, you received it as a gift from a friend or family member) and would like to return it, we’ll issue you an online credit toward your next purchase with us. Contact our Mosh Care Crew via email. Please type RETURN GIFT in the Subject field. A customer service agent will get back to you by the next business day. You will be given a return authorization number (RMA number) and a return address. The RMA number is to be placed on the outside of the shipping tube (or box, you probably will not have original tube). Please include a note inside explaining that the item is a gift. Items must be received back within 10 days of receiving your RMA number. Once we receive the merchandise, you will be contacted via email and given your online credit
FAQ's
Can I still place my order if the item(s) is out of stock?
If and item is out of stock completely or just in your child’s color or size, we can back order that item. If there is other merchandise attached to this order, we will ship what is available, and then ship the out of stock item when we have more (of course you will not be charged for shipping the out of stock item).
Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are on the way! We will be offering gift certificates in the very near future. Please check back soon
Is every shirt exactly the same?
All of the embellishments on our shirts are cut and pressed with care by hand. There may be slight variances; this is part of what makes each one unique.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
For online orders, a sales tax will only be assessed on packages going to Illinois shipping addresses. Shipments to addresses outside of Illinois will not be charged sales tax (super cool!).
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover.

Has my order shipped yet?
As soon as your order ships we'll send you an email to let you know it's on the way. Unless otherwise specified most orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should make it to most place in the USA in 3 days.
Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
